Role description:

As our Financial Controller you will be responsible for handling all financial processes. Some of your responsibilities include;

• Conduct Monthly closing, Management Reporting and analysis to Senior Management and Group
• Handle KPIs, P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow in reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Cash flow management
• Act as co-pilot to senior management team in all aspects around finance 
• Initiate and steer growth initiatives and value creation initiatives
• Continuously Improve financial processes and systems in terms of quality, time and costs
• Steer the external accountant and bring core processes in-house
• Collaborate with auditors on year end closing

In this role you will be reporting directly to SALT senior management, while also closely collaborating with the Group-CFO. You will have an essential role in the finance organization and will have the opportunity to develop into a Finance Director type of role.

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone who has a hands-on and self starting mentality. You are highly analytical and  structured, as well as an excellent communicator with the ability to work with a network of people. 

In order to succeed in this role, we believe that you have worked with Finance in a startup/scaleup environment. In addition to this you have: 

• Around 5+ years of work experience in relevant role
• A strong controlling and or accounting background
• Excellent excel skills
• Fluent in English (group language)
• Work experience in VC or PE backed-company is a clear advantage
