About the role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and developing new business opportunities for the sales team. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and initiate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and create target lists for outreach.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads by gathering information about the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Track and manage lead data in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
In order to succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads and opportunities.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing the candidate to interact with clients effectively and build relationships with them. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment that fosters creativity and productivity. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in their role, contributing to their professional development and the success of the company.
